Today I made the move to Windermere Real Estate / East, Inc. - Yarrow Bay. There were many reasons for the move, but a big one was HEARING my clients needs. So many of my sellers benefitted tremendously from upgrading their homes prior to selling. Not everyone has the liquidity to pay for these upgrades. Even though many of the vendors I work with can float costs to closing, not all do, and sometimes clients want to work with their own vendors with whom they have a long-term relationship.

Enter Windermere Ready.

The Windermere Ready program offers clients concierge-level service as they prepare their homes for sale. If needed, Windermere Ready can provide up to $100,000 to help mitigate any expenses incurred, with no upfront cost to the client. From decluttering and deep cleaning to major repairs or replacements, this program allows me to ensure my clients’ homes are set up for selling success.
